Our Mission & Vision
Our mission is simple: To provide affordable, high-quality sports training and leadership development opportunities to children aged 5-12.
We aim to give every child the chance to thrive - Whether it’s improving their athletic performance, building self-confidence or learning to lead by example.
We envision a future where every child has the tools to become the best version of themselves, not just as athletes, but as individuals who contribute positively to their communities and lead with integrity.
Our Core Values – LEAD
At LTGA, we live by the acronym LEAD, which serves as the foundation for everything we do. Each value reflects the guiding principles we want to instil in our students and coaches:
L – Lead by Example We believe that true leadership starts with personal integrity. Our coaches and students set a positive example through their actions, both on and off the court. By modelling respect, accountability and hard work, we inspire others to follow suit.
E – Encourage Effort and Growth At LTGA, we empower kids to step outside their comfort zones and push their limits. We encourage every child to give their best, take on new tasks and embrace challenges. Growth comes through perseverance, and we’re here to support each child as they grow both as athletes and as individuals.
A – Allow Kids to Build Authentic Connections We create an environment where kids can forge lasting friendships, develop social skills and learn to work as part of a team. We believe that through sport, children build not only athletic abilities but also a strong sense of belonging and trust, creating memories and relationships that last a lifetime.
D – Design Lessons for Life Our lessons go beyond the sport itself. We focus on teaching important life skills like teamwork, leadership, communication and resilience. The lessons our students learn on the court are meant to serve them well beyond sports, helping them navigate life's challenges with confidence.
