Important Update – Friday Classes Temporarily Paused
Friday classes will not be running for the foreseeable future due to changes in work commitments.
We understand this may be disappointing for some of our regular attendees and truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.
We’ll be sure to update you if and when Friday sessions return. In the meantime, our Sunday "Sunday Funday" sessions are still running as normal and we'd love to see you there!
