The information provided on this website and by Lead The Game Academy (LTGA) is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep all content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability or availability of any information, services or related graphics contained on this website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
Participation in LTGA programs involves physical activity, and while we prioritise safety, participants engage in activities at their own risk. LTGA, its staff and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in our programs or use of our facilities.
By using this website and/or engaging in LTGA services, you agree to comply with all terms, conditions and policies set forth by LTGA. We reserve the right to update or change our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Lead The Game Academy Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all participants and parents/guardians enrolling in programs or attending sessions at Lead The Game Academy. By enrolling, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
2.1 Payment Terms:
Payment for term passes or packages must be made in full at the time of booking.
Single-session payments must be made before the session begins.
2.2 Refunds:
Refunds are not available for missed classes.
With a minimum of 24 hours' notice, parents may reschedule a missed class to another session within the same term (subject to availability). Alternatively, the paid session can be credited toward a future class.
Refunds are not provided for unused term pass sessions.
3. Trial-to-Term Upgrade Policy
Participants who complete a trial class may upgrade to a term pass by paying the adjusted balance for the remaining classes in the term. The trial fee will be deducted from the full term pass price. This offer is valid for upgrades made within 48 hours of the trial class.
Example: For a term pass priced at $160, minus a $10 trial fee, the participant pays $150 for the remaining 9 classes.
4. Behavioral Expectations
4.1 For Participants:
Participants must show respect to coaches, fellow participants and equipment.
Aggressive behavior, bullying or disruptive actions will not be tolerated and may result in removal from a session or program.
4.2 For Parents/Guardians:
Parents/guardians are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff and other families.
Disruptive or confrontational behavior may result in removal from the premises and possible termination of participation privileges for their child.
5. Injury Liability Disclaimer
Participation in basketball and other sports activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Lead The Game Academy, its staff and coaches will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment but cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents or loss of personal property.
Parents/guardians must notify coaches of any medical conditions or concerns prior to participation.
It is the responsibility of participants to wear appropriate sports attire and follow instructions provided by the coaches.
6. Class Cancellations and Changes
Lead The Game Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. coach availability, venue issues). In such cases, participants will be offered a makeup session or credit.
Parents/guardians will be notified as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.
7. Photography and Media
By participating in our programs, you consent to photographs or videos being taken during sessions and used for promotional purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

9. Enrollment and Participation
Enrollment is considered complete only after the receipt of full payment for the selected class, pass or package.
Class passes or term packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the participant they are purchased for.
10. Attendance Policy
Participants are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time to ensure they are ready to begin on time.
If a participant is late, the coach may limit their participation for safety reasons (e.g. warm-up missed).
Classes missed due to lateness cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
11. Health and Safety
Parents/guardians must notify Lead The Game Academy of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect the participant’s ability to safely participate.
Lead The Game Academy reserves the right to refuse participation to any child if it is deemed unsafe for them to join without proper medical clearance.
In the event of an emergency, parents/guardians agree to allow Lead The Game Academy to administer basic first aid and, if necessary, contact emergency services.
12. Code of Conduct for Participants and Parents
Participants and parents must respect the rules of the facility where the class is held. This includes maintaining cleanliness and refraining from disruptive behavior.
Lead The Game Academy operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bullying, discrimination and harassment in any form. Violations may result in the immediate suspension or removal from the program without refund.
13. Public Holidays and School Holidays
Classes may not operate on public holidays or during school holiday periods unless otherwise stated.
If a class is scheduled during a public or school holiday, it will be clearly communicated in advance.
14. COVID-19 or Other Health Protocols
Lead The Game Academy adheres to current government health guidelines. Participants and parents/guardians are required to follow these protocols, including social distancing, mask-wearing (if applicable) and providing proof of vaccination if required by venue policies.
If a participant is unwell or has been in close contact with someone diagnosed with a communicable illness, they must refrain from attending until cleared to do so. Missed sessions in such cases may be rescheduled.
15. Suspension or Termination of Service
Lead The Game Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant’s enrollment if terms and conditions are violated, including but not limited to failure to pay fees, inappropriate behavior or safety risks.
In cases of termination due to participant/parent misconduct, no refund will be provided.
16. Waiver of Liability
By enrolling in Lead The Game Academy’s programs, parents/guardians understand and accept the inherent risks involved in sports activities. Lead The Game Academy and its staff will not be held responsible for:
- Any injuries sustained during classes unless caused by gross negligence.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings brought to class.
17. Communication
Official communication will primarily be conducted via email. Parents/guardians must provide a valid email address and keep it updated.
Lead The Game Academy is not responsible for missed communications due to outdated contact information or failure to check emails.
18. Privacy Policy
Lead The Game Academy collects and securely stores personal information for the purpose of program administration, communication and marketing.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
19. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during classes, including training plans and leadership exercises, remain the intellectual property of Lead The Game Academy. Participants may use these materials for personal development only and must not replicate or distribute them without prior written permission.
20. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
Lead The Game Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and updated on the website. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
